What a year!
Wow! What a great day at the beach! Thank you for being a part of the over 80 Focuses that made it out to Goleta Beach County Park to be part of Focus On The Beach 2008. We hope that you had as much fun as we did, and we want to see you back!
If you missed it, you missed out!
So many things happened this year, its hard to recap it all. FocusSport was out with their Street Tuner Challenge car showing off their pride and joy. They also had
all their new Work Wheels on display for everyone to drool over. Saleen and Racecraft had their new Mustang on display for you, in case you're thinking of upgrading to something with a little more power. Microsoft Auto was on hand showing us all first hand how the Sync system works, and all the neat tricks that we didn't know about it. And Perry Ford from Santa Barbara brought the Flex and the Fusion out. Both cars drew a crowd, with everyone eager to see what they offered. And what about that raffle? FocusSport Cool Flo Intakes, Massive Speed System Stress Bars, and the Exedy Hyper Single Clutch, all given away? Are you kidding me????
Congratulations Winners!
The best of the best cars made it out to the show this year. In its
first year, the new coupe asserted its dominance, as the FocusSport Street Tuner Challenge car earned 25 votes to clinch Best of the Beach. F2's Coupe was not far behind for runner up, and winner of the Coupe Class with 24 votes. Jason Dovel's ZX4 was third overall with 19 votes, and winning the Sedan Class. And of course, Joseph Dane's Euro'd ZX3 took the hard-fought Hatchback Class by just one vote.
Check out all the rides and all the action in the new and improved gallery!
